Pilates
Pilates is a complete and harmonious discipline that promotes balance between body and mind through slow, controlled, and precise movements. Developed in the twentieth century thanks to the insight of Joseph Pilates, it is suitable for all ages and physical conditions, both as a preventive practice and as support for rehabilitation.
