Federica
Responsible Physiotherapist, CRS Diploma
Graduated physiotherapist and founder of Equilibrium.
She specialises in pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual lymphatic drainage, lymphatic gymnastics with the Linfofit method, dermatofunctional physiotherapy and therapeutic exercise.
She is particularly involved in physiotherapy pathways during pregnancy and after childbirth. She is also a Pilates instructor.
Marco
Physiotherapist, CRS Diploma
Physiotherapist specialised in orthopaedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
He holds a Master’s degree in Manual Therapy and Neuro-Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
He has also completed further advanced training dedicated to the treatment of shoulder joint conditions.
Federica
Physiotherapist CRS
Federica obtained her degree in Physiotherapy in Spain in 2022 and has developed specific expertise in the paediatric and maternal fields.
She completed a Master’s degree in Paediatric Physiotherapy and a further Master’s dedicated to breastfeeding, integrating theoretical and practical skills aimed at supporting children’s motor development and the well-being of the mother-child dyad.
She is specialised in the rehabilitation of the abdomino-pelvic complex and provides targeted support during the pre- and postnatal phases, with particular attention to functional needs and continuity of well-being throughout the different stages of maternity.
Sabrina
Secretary
Commercial employee with experience in the tourism sector, today she is the main contact for reception, organisation and daily coordination within the clinic.
She has been part of the Equilibrium team since 2024. She speaks Italian, French and German.
