Pre/Postpartum

During pregnancy and the postnatal period, the body and mind undergo profound and delicate changes. This program supports individuals through motherhood with targeted, safe, and personalized exercises designed to assist the body both before and after childbirth.

The focus is on strengthening the pelvic floor, improving posture, and addressing any musculoskeletal discomfort associated with bodily changes. Sessions combine mobility work, conscious breathing, and relaxation techniques, helping to enhance physical and emotional balance during pregnancy and to promote effective functional recovery in the postnatal phase.
